SUMMER BLOSSOM (UNPASTEURIZED)

This honey is made from nectars collected during the summer months and consists mainly of sweet clover with alfalfa, trefoil and different wildflowers and tree blossoms depending on the bee yard we take it from and the time of year, this is a great everyday honey. This Liquid (Unpasteurized) honey has had a little heat brought to it to get it from a raw state to a liquid state. We liquefy it on very low heat for a long period of time to ensure to not bring to much heat to the honey which can alter it’s taste and quality! All of our liquid honey will eventually crystalize as it is unpasteurized, if you want to bring it back to a liquid state put it in a pot of water on your stove on low heat if the water gets too warm for your fingers, it is too warm for the honey!
