Donald’s Honey is a small, family-run apiary and market garden. We manage around 200 hives and garden of about 2 acres. We are extremely passionate about living a sustainable lifestyle and knowing where the food we eat comes from and how it is grown. It truly is a full circle for us from planting our seeds, keeping our bees and promoting pollinators into our gardens to pollinate the fruits, vegetables and herbs we eat and bring to your tables!

"Donald's Honey products have been customer favourites here for many years at our farm store. We know Dayna and Gabe care deeply about their gardens, bees, the Earth and their community and the love that goes into their production shows in the quality of their products. Their honey is delicious and we highly recommend the flavours for an extra kick (cinnamon honey in your coffee...try it!) Their candles are beautiful and give off the most wonderful scent as they are being enjoyed in our home. NO HEAT. NO CHEMICALS. JUST PURE HONEY.

We use no heat in our exctracting line meaning from the time we take the honey off of our hives to the time we get it in the jar to you there has been no heat to the honey, leaving it completely unaltered, intact full of all the medicinal goodness and beneficial enzymes you want out of honey! We do not finely filter our honey (we let it settle) so we are not filtering out all of the good stuff like, fine particles of pollen, propolis and beeswax which gives our honey it’s amazing floral flavour.
